<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><p>Subjective:<br>- hind limb lameness episode, a few weeks ago<br>- Nick not completely sure if L or R by memory<br>- Regular vet advised cruciate workup/Sx<br>- Pulled up sound within 24 hrs, much better next day<br>- Returned to normal since, have moderated and toned down exercise in mean time<br>- Checked by Nicole Rous last week at Canterbury - decided to have rads and teeth clean<br>- Here for balance up and recheck<br><br>Objective:<br>- Better than visit a few weeks ago<br>- Unable to manually luxate patellas either way<br>- R thigh circumference ~38cm, L thigh circumference ~38-39cm<br>- Slight offload to L on pelvic sway<br>- I think R hind likely affected from exam today<br>- maybe Slightly different feel inside R knee. not obvious swelling or inflammation<br>- No drawer sign conscious<br>- NAD feet or hocks bilaterally<br>- Motioned everything in stand<br>- Soft tissue releases using vibration through both MFLs - three spirals and R laterals<br><br>Assessment:<br>- Possible pathology R hind<br>- Could be coming from higher up, screening rads important. Likely to be a reason he is always caught up in the pelvis on the R side<br><br>Plan:<br>- X-rays booked next Tuesday, will revisit plan with Nick after this<br>- Recommend extended hips, lateral pelvis/hips and both stifles</p></html>
