R limping suddnely this afternoon, yelping and holding leg up. Since coming into clinic = fine. 

History: 

EATING:
DRINKING: no problems noted.
TOILETING: no problems noted.

HEALTH CONCERNS: Check R ear - scratches only in mornings & AG's

Examination: 

BAR. Mm pink and wet, CRT <2 secs. 
Oral examination = nad. Dental 1/4
Eyes = Nad
SKin = Lump dorsla back grown slightly 4x4, Lump ventral chest 2x2cm, R abdomen 1x1cm - All SQ mass's
ears = R ear inflammed with some mild brown exudate in canal. TM in tact. Inner flap has some inflammed skin
HR  =   120, reg    no murmurs.
RR  =   24,    lungs clear.
Abdo palp = NAD.
Lymph node examination = NAD. 
Orthopaedic examination = NAD.
BCS =   6/9
T = NE
AG's both full

Treatment: 
DHP + Bpi SQ

- noticed lump on back when patting, wants checked out
- no other concerns

**Examination**
3x3cm well demarcated in subcutaneous tissue soft lump between shoulder blades

**Diagnostics**
FNA
- lipoma

**Plan**
Advised lipoma - no need to remove unless irritated by or causing problem with size/location.
