Fells discrete with clearly distinct edges. No pain on palpation. Overlying skin appears normal with no bruising. Aspirate shows mainly neutrophils and macrophages with rods and cocci++, some phagocytosed. No evidence of neoplasia seenAssessment: infected mass?
