Already on beransa<br>Previous consult noted muscle weakening in legs but no issues noted at home- regularly up and down stairs following them and baby - managing stairs well, no rest at top, no excessive panting<br>Eating habits consistent<br>Drinking normally<br>Vomiting couple days ago - grass eating, made it outside, no other signs, stools normal<br><br>Past Medical History:<br>Arthritis<br>Vaccinations done before Christmas<br><br>Objective:<br>B&A<br>slight anxiety with caudal half exam<br>Abdominal palpation: mild flinching anterior abdomen, caudal abdo nad<br>Nervous but cooperative<br>mild muscle wasting thighs<br>haircoat nad<br><br>Assessment:<br>Arthritis - stable<br>abdo pain - due to vomiting; anxiety; other<br><br><br>Plan:<br>Routine bloods re senior age - any vet report<br>Beransa injection given<br>Synovan started today - weekly x 4/52 then monthly, to help lubricate joints and slow degeneration. No need to see a vet bc gong well at home<br><br></p></html>
