Took to the vet straight away, was given anti inflam and nsaids, O also gave paracetamol for 5 days. Was stiff and cautious getting up on things. Has been cautious exiting dog door. BUt then also has the zoomies and falling. This morning has improved, not as stiff. <br>DUDE ok. No v/d. No other concerns. <br><br>Exam:<br>BAR<br>Ears clear no inflam or discharge. <br>Nose clear no inflam or discharge<br>Eyes clear no blepharospasm, hyperaemia or epiphora. <br>MM pink and moist with CRT 1-2s<br>Teeth and gums scant tartar no gingivitis grade 0<br>Thoracic ausc NAD, no murmurs or arrhys<br>Abdo palp soft and comfortable, no masses on palp<br>Skin and coat: clear.<br>BCS 5/9<br>MSK: good ROM on all joints, Mild resistance on flexion of left stifle but not repeatable<br><br>Diagnosis: resolving stiffness - soft tissue injury vs disc injury vs other<br><br>Treatment: <br>- Another 2 days loxicom to have 7 full days<br>- Another 5 days strict rest<br><br>Plan:<br>- O to monitor and INI 5 days rex xrays under sedation<br>- Estimate on file<br>- Xray hips, stifles + lower back<br>- O to return sooner if any deterioration<br>- O happy with plan</p></html>
