History: O thinks some enlargement of LNs in past 2 days. Not any worse today cf 2 days ago. O thinks seems slightly more congested past week or so. Is eating and drinking as normal no csvd. Energy levels are normal.Not currently on any medication.Had full course of chop.Examine: submandibular LNs prominant, firm and multinodal Other LNs currently palpate normally. Mm pink, crt 1-2sChest sounds abdo palpation & LN nadMS & AT discussedOptions 1) CCNU tablets 2) CHOP with shorter/no remission expected 3) pred only. Owner to discuss with family and start pred in the meantime.(CCNU would be every 3 weeks ) Vital Signs Weight: 13.5;
