has D+ again owner is getting frustrated with the constant D+ and not getting better. Asked if SCM could give more suggestions over the phone, and not via a consult due to cost. I advised in SCM's last hx, that a stool sample or hypoallergenic is the next steps. I also said that if she does hypo, that he cannot get anything else - no chicken, pumpkin, rice, tuna, nothing. Owner doesn't think he would be okay with this.Owner will think about it, and decide if she wants to do a stool sample or try hypo.
