recheck for apoquel

Current dose 16mg sid,  O reports she is very stable on this dose, occasionally with the change of season she becomes pruritic and TO has given cytopoint to boost in the past.
Has not tried to withdraw the medication as she always breaks out.

BAR, BC s6/9 full glossy coat, clear eyes, nose, ears have minor waxy debris. MM p&m crt<2sec, HR 88, regular, no murmur = pulses
Abd nad, 
Paws, axilla, perineum, groin , lips all free of disease.

Dx: healthy and stable on this dose
Rx: repeat in house prescription for 6 months

Owner requests more apoquel. managing well on one a day, hasn't felt the need to bring her in for the cytopiont inj yet. kS

Reason: limping
Hx: 6 weeks ago pulled up sore RF after playing.
Settled initially, but last week or so has been mildly but repeatedly lame RF after rest.
EDUF WNL.
Ex: reactive to forced weight bearing on carpus and also to shoulder extension.
Plan: admit for GA and rads Q$700
O also request repeat of Rx apoquel.

(MB):
Tx: 1ml methadone + 0.15ml ACP + 0.1ml medetomidine IM
Induction: IV propofol to effect
Maintenance: iso/O2
Recovery: uneventful
Sx: full radiographic series of both FLs taken
No pathology noted.
Tx: 1.3ml meloxicam SC on extubation
Home with oral meloxicam.
Rx: rescript apoquel
