presented for shaking and unsettled
- vomited once yesterday after worming given. no further vomiting since
- diarrhoea last night but today (4th March) normal stool in the morning
- started from about 630pm (4th March) noted some trembling (whole body) 
- consistently tremoring and not something you can snap him out of it 
- not lethargic otherwise. and doesnt seem to be in pain
- ate dinner normally about 430pm

Diet: Prime roll no changes

BOAs surgery at 1yo 
no major issue since then 
no access to known toxins
RV = Cragieburn vet 
- no long term meds or conditions

EXAM
BAR, nice dog 
taking treats
HR 108 no murmur or arrhythmia
RR panting lung sound clear bilaterally 
Temp 39.3 ** 
Abdomen soft and comfortable
MM Pink and moist CRT <2secs
MSK - ambulating well on all four. no neck/ back pain
Neuro - normal PLR, palpebral and gag. normal CP 

intermittent mild but generalised tremor seen in consult

ASSESSMENT
tremoring open ddx - tremorgenic toxicity (possible but no known access to anything) vs secondary to pain/ discomfort (not found on PE) vs primary neurological issue - pre-ictal/ post ictal ?

PLAN
medication trial given stable otherwise
gabapentin 200mg PO BID
Trazodone 50mg PO SID- BID 

if tremoring continues in the next 12-24hrs / getting worse --> represent for reassessment 
O is going away and O's mother will be looking after- lives in Point Cook. recommend to attend GVH as emergency if worsening/ not getting better

HR 150bpm, no m/a, ssfp
RR panting, lung sounds clear 
Temp 39.3
Abdomen soft, comfortable
MM pink, crt<2sec
MSK: ambx4, no apparent lameness, no joint pain elicited 
Neuro: normal CN responses, normal CPs, no apparent deficits

Mild tremors - ddx tremorgenic toxin vs neuro vs MSK vs other

Mild neutrophilia 
Eosinopaenia 

Chem17 + lytes:
Mild hyperalbuminaemia

Mild resp alkalosis
