History:Seen 7d ago for abscess on right abdomen area. Finished course of amoxyclav, vomit and diarrhoea on meloxicam so only given 1 dose. Still oozing and wound hasn't closed. Examine:BAR, MM pk, CRT <1Cardioresp no audible murmur clear lung soundsAbdo comfortable palpationUrogenital nad small bladderSkin - open wound with purulent discharge R lateral caudal abdomen region. Eyes & ears nad Musculoskeletal NADNeuro exam PC in all 4 limbs can weight bearDental exam: 1/4Treatment:Flushed with NaCl. Convenia 0.7ml SCE-collar applied. Plan:Keep indoors and keep e-collar on for 7d. May still discharge for next 1-2d, but if continues to RV.
