Multifocal regions of superficial moist dermatitis between digits/palmar aspect paw. Assessment: DDx: superficial moist dermatitis vs FB vs underlying dz Plan: Informed consent grantedDiscussed findings with O. Advised to avoid further self trauma - E collar until lesion resolved. Continue medications as directed, O declined neocort however will try to clean paw with dilute betadine where possible. Monitor at home, revisit INI or if O concerned for further intervention.
