Reason: Recheck RBAppointment Notes: Was going okay fter check up last week, but had a rough night. SEBClient Concern: History: The following day had chick and rice / tuna and rice > was going well.Slowly introduced RC Dental and PRIME 100 on the weekend. Has now had 36 hours back to full diet. Has been urinating normal > no straining, increase frequency etc. Doing zoomies. Overall, very happy with how she has been going. 3am this morning though, lip smacking and agitated / unsettled. Had metoclopramide last night (O has, gave it). After about an hour she semi-settled. O feels may be regurg rather than vomiting. Lots of poo overnight, normally formed, but the last one was dark (not black). Does have a lot of grass in it. Still bright. O was unable to get urine sample. Physical Examination: Pink gums. CRT2sec.Chest auscult normal. Gaseous abdo palp and a little tense on generalised palpation. No masses. T: 38.6, no bloods, brown faeces. Superficial LNs normal. Differential Diagnosis: IntraGIT > Partial obstruction, SIBO, IBD, gastritis/enteritis... ExtraGIT > urine, pancreas, other... Treatment: Prevomax SCPlan:    Vital Signs    Weight: 14.8;
