Seems better now
Husband found ants last night in house and sprayed, Archie was outside but then came in at night
At 5am passed stool inside, one was watery and another was normal
O went to feed him this am and refused to eat, would not come upstairs, tail between his legs, not his normal self
Did eat some rice and tuna
O went to work but when came home to bring him to the vet he was a bit happier in himself, he ate a couple of bits of kibble. Normally eats really well

He can eat silly things, will eat bark but would normally vomit

OBJECTIVE:
BAR but quiet for him
T 38.8
Ears, eyes, oral cavity NAD
No sign of oral lesions, no increased salivation
HR 124, NAD
RR 20, lung sounds clear
Abdo generalised tension, not flinching in any particular area
Rectal - formed stool in rectum, moist lining

ASSESSMENT:
Dx open - possible GIT, no signs of oral lesions from potential ant spray

PLAN:
Options
- mointor for now, brighter now that was a few hours ago
- anti-nausea and see if appetite improves
O rather give anti-nausea as at work until late tonight

Small meals of a bland food - prime 100 spd roll, i/d, chicken and rice
IF watery stool develops in the next few days O can pick up Pro-Kolin.
