04/03/2026 SUBJECTIVE:presented by Camilla Seems better now Husband found ants last night in house and sprayed, Archie was outside but then came in at night At 5am passed stool inside, one was watery and another was normal O went to feed him this am and refused to eat, would not come upstairs, tail between his legs, not his normal self Did eat some rice and tuna O went to work but when came home to bring him to the vet he was a bit happier in himself, he ate a couple of bits of kibble. Normally eats really well He can eat silly things, will eat bark but would normally vomit OBJECTIVE: BAR but quiet for him T 38.8 Ears, eyes, oral cavity NAD No sign of oral lesions, no increased salivation HR 124, NAD RR 20, lung sounds clear Abdo generalised tension, not flinching in any particular area Rectal - formed stool in rectum, moist lining ASSESSMENT: Dx open - possible GIT, no signs of oral lesions from potential ant spray PLAN: Options - mointor for now, brighter now that was a few hours ago - anti-nausea and see if appetite improves O rather give anti-nausea as at work until late tonight Small meals of a bland food - prime 100 spd roll, i/d, chicken and rice IF watery stool develops in the next few days O can pick up Pro-Kolin. Recheck INI
