<p>REASON: check lumponleg<br><br>HX: hx from Earlwood vets not available yet<br><br>Past issues - tumour on toe - and one on his chin - has had 2 x surgeries. <br>Toe was at My Vet hospital in Waterloo a couple of years ago. O unsure which foot/toe <br>Chin was at Earlwood. <br>O has summary records on phone (not the actual path reports)  - both were<strong> mast cell tumours<br></strong>also had lower R canine 404 removed last year, poss August 2025 - O had cme hme and hismouth was bleeding and the tooth was fractures - unknwn cause (pposs ran into somthing in the house??)<br><br>IOP since 3 - 4 months old Rehomed from someone 'dodgy' - was missing a toe (RF outer toe - was fresh wound when obtained) , unknown cause. Prev owners blocker her<br>Indoor only<br>Fed Tiki wet food, dry food Royal Canin dental dry biscuits<br>Past vacc hx - unknown, done at Earlwood. <br>Parasite control - O unsure of name, once q 3 mo - maybe Advocate ?<br>2 other cats in the household, he gets on well (the other two fight with each other) . One is owned by a boarder who will be leaving soon. Sme stress issues with the other cat - inappropriate urination <br><br>O noticed smal lump n the R caudal flank after she clipped him - was shaved last week. Unknown how long its been there for<br><br>EX:<br>BAR v active<br>BCS ideal 5/9<br>Clipped body 'lion clip' <br>hard to examine mouth well as very very squirmy. Missing 404 (O has tooth in a sample pot - fractured crown, root is intact) <br>chest asuc and abdo pal unremarkable<br><br>R caudal flank  - v small dermal scabbed lesion &lt; 2 mm<br>Too small to sample<br>pic taken and attached<br><br>Missing digit 5 on the RIGHT fore (was missing as a kitten)<br> unsure which toe had the MCT on - O thinks it may have been on the LEFT front?<br>exam - checked all ties - all seem fine, no lumps, n scars<br><br>chin  - no scar visible<br><br>NB cutaneous mast cell tumours in cats behave differently in cats than dogs. Young siamese predisposed. Some may regress spontanously<br>sx excision rx of choice. (margins not needed to be as aggressive as in dogs) <br><br>PLAN: <br>monitor for now. <br>dermotic BID 10 days, rub in<br><br>if it enlarges or changes then advise sx removal.<br>may just be able to do with sedation and a 5 mm punch biopsy . If excised then recc histo<br><br>Await hx from Earlwood etc <br>will add reminder for vacc when know dates due <br>recc to use three monthly Bravecto Plus for complete parasite control including ticks</p>
