Appointment Notes: lump/bald spot on ear- IH 20.9kgHistory:Presenting for: Billy presented for evaluation of an alopecic area on the ear that the owner noticed recently.Examination:Integumentary: Superficial pyoderma on ear with sloughed surface skin and scabs in healing phase. Area appears red, hairless, and scaly. No pruritus noted by owner. Likely secondary bacterial infection that has resolved.Assessment:Superficial pyoderma - resolved. Possible underlying cause related to grooming products (soap residue mentioned) or other environmental irritant. Differential diagnoses include vasculitis if condition becomes recurrent.Plan:Medications/Treatments:- Anti-inflammatory spray applied to affected areaAdditional Discussion:- Monitor lesion at home for changes or recurrence- Gentle brushing or washing of area as needed to remove debris- Biopsy consideration if lesion becomes recurrent rather than isolated incident- Vasculitis and other environmental reactions possible if pattern develops    Vital Signs
