MMs p+m CRT <2, severe gingivitis and thick calculus esp affecting canines (concerned L upper canine will need extraction.) <br>Bilateral erythemic ear canals with lots of yellow discharge +++ rods on cytology +++ PAINFUL<br>HR 100 soft gr 1 systolic murmur, lung fields clear. Abdo palp nad<br>Multiple mases on body - L caudal thigh about 5cm diameter . <br><br>Assess;<br>Fit for vac<br>Bilateral severe bacterial otitis externa <br>Uncharacterised neoplasia on L caudal thigh <br>Gr 2 dental disease , extractions indicated <br><br>Plan;<br>Gave BB/pi SC 2520701 exp 06/27<br>Took aspirate of lump on L caudal thigh to send to IDEXX<br>Attempted ear clean but too sore/reactive. Instilled 1ml EKT into both ears - will need to be fully flushed out under GA as discharge +++ <br>Recommend dentistry + extractions + deep ear flush + repeat EKT while under GA </p></html>

recheck eyes and earseyes -STT not done. Lots of obvious green gunk. Said to increase the tacrolimus to tid. They wanted tricin as well as they said the gunk goes away with the tricin.Wrote a script for the tacrolimus. They are going away for 2 weeks and wanted the paharmcy to deliver the tacrolimus to have it there by 20th.Both ears still infected, topigen dispensedowners going away for 2 weeks in november, will be with a pet sitter

Dispensed today, but Come in to discuss alternative, more appropriate treatment options if referral isn't an option. - SF (have spoken to MF) Spoke to male owner. He is not keen on referral as too expensive. He will bring Rowan in for a consult at some stage to discuss. LEworking well
