UROGENITAL>  Clipped some matting away from prepuce and peri anal region, exteriorised penis NSF. Applied neocort to where mats close to skin.

ABDO> soft and comfortable
MUS/SKEL>    NAD not detectably lame, NSF on spinal compression or HL manipulation

Assessment: 
Mats around prepuce
Laboratory: 
Mark outside on the tree - enough for pH 8 and blood nil. Requested first catch of AM sample for USG, dipstick in house
Treatment: 
Meloxicam 1.5 mg SID PO 3d with food
Plan: 
Add in antibiotic if indicated when urine comes in, otherwise suspect inflammation and irritation from self trauma to prepuce with matted coat
