Assessment: moderate spasms on spine over tl area, marked pain on right stifle palpation, moderate reaction with iliop palpation. Sig overweight to obese, both stifles swollen but could be fat, Differential Diagnosis:RIGHT  stifle pain - acl/mpl/other, Diagnosis: establlished severe hd- hence mild iliop pain compensatingPlan: needs rads and msk ultrasound for r stifle and have a quick look at ilio- if ilio mild as expected for quick scan, no charge, if significant disease then advise will do full scan and charge second site    Vital Signs    Weight: 14.2;       BodyScore: 4+;
