Reason: O said stitches from procedure beginning of Jan haven't dissolved and need them removed to have dog groomed GCHistory: doing well no concerns EUDD, stitches on back not fully dissolvedAssessment: BAR, snappy & growling but E collar & handling stopped him getting hands R lumbar area 2 single interrupted knots removed dissolved in skin able to pull off L gluteal area row of single interrupted knots pulled off with healed scab dissolves rest suture in skin Both area skin holding & healed well Felt over body & legs for any other sutures not dissolved no others found, checked anus lump all dissolved sutures Plan: no further tx E collar can stay on until weekend in case or monitor when off not excessive licking of area Vital Signs
