Examination:HR - 136, strong, rhythmicRR - pant, no audible LRT sounds of concern, URT brachy noisesTemp - 38.8MM/CRT - PM, <2Abdomen - tense throughout abdomen, no palpable masses able to be felt as tense, BCS 5-6/9LN - SM LN bilaterally enlarged, other peripheral LN nsfRectal - prostate nsf, AG mildly filled (expressed), faeces slightly softSkin - no erythema or redness on FLs where he chews Assessment:Adverse food reaction/dietary indiscretion vs FB ingestion vs infectious vs parasite burden vs kidney/liver dz vs Treatment:Prevomax 1.1ml SC inj Plan:Offered abdominal imaging +/- bloods, O declined for now. Will monitor and see how he goes
