Bitterant seems to help deter.Not itchy elsewhere. Not on other medications Is otherwise well, EDUD good. Examination BARBCS: 5/9 PLN: WNLEyes/ears/nose: WNL CVS: Normal rate and rhythm, no heart murmur or arrhythmia auscultated Resp: Normal rate and effort Abdo: Comfortable Integument: Skin and coat in good condition. RHL lateral thigh hotspot erythematous, centre slightly thickened. Minimal swelling.  Temp: Not takenMSK: No pain or crepitus palpableAssessment:Hotspot RHL - ddx allergies v lick trauma from irritation of hair growing back v FB v resistant infection v behaviour Plan: Wash with dilute iodine BID and dryApply neocort instead of flamazine BID-TID Keep cone on, apply bitterant around hotspot INI, RV and consider broader allergy management v surgical exploration/biopsy if worsens
