Appointment Notes: 5 mins late recheck hotspot AB Hotspot seemed to improve, but in last few days to weeks has come up again. O applying flamazine, doesn't seem to make a difference. Bitterant seems to help deter.Not itchy elsewhere. Not on other medications Is otherwise well, EDUD good. Examination BARBCS: 5/9 PLN: WNLEyes/ears/nose: WNL CVS: Normal rate and rhythm, no heart murmur or arrhythmia auscultated Resp: Normal rate and effort Abdo: Comfortable Integument: Skin and coat in good condition. RHL lateral thigh hotspot erythematous, centre slightly thickened. Minimal swelling.
