Presenting for: ratbait ingestion 15 minutes prior; 3/4 of a block eaten before Os got it out of her mouth. Came straight down. Healthy otherwise Exam: Demeanour: BAR CVS: HR 180, no murmur or arrythmia Resp: Normal bronchovesicular sounds and effort GI: Abdomen soft on palpation MSK: Normal gait, ambulatory Neuro: Full neuro not performed Eyes: Clear, reflective Ears: Pink, no discharge Nose: Moist, no discharge Oral: NAD with teeth - ratbait present on crown of molars - toothbrushed it off LNs: Submandibular WNL Assessment: - Ratbait ingestion Plan: - Administered 1.8mL Redivom; vomited 4x last being only green liquid. Blue rat bait pieces evident roughly equivalent to 3/4 of a block - Reversed with 3.75mL metaclopramide - Advised O to come back in 48h for coags
