Reason: Cytopoint TKAppointment Notes: Overdue reminders + nexgard Spectra P going well, O has been researching about factors that might be impacting his sensitive skin and thought maybe the high chlorine in tap water &/or silica in sand he lays in. They trialled filtered water for 6 weeks and found it helped for a little while but still noted some pruritus - hence returned for cytopoint. I was unaware of evidence to support these claims but said it can't be ruled out. Briefly discussed diet and weight management - O has been trying to exersize him regularly and been feeding meat/rice/veggies with some can food - advised to look into food amounts and mentioned about our Pawsitive change program. Cytopoint 30mg Vials x2 SC INj between shoulder blades #840615   EXP: 2/2027MC scanned and added to file +updated castration status based on O word.    Vital Signs    Weight: 56;
