Reason: Health CheckAppointment Notes: Booked Online: 29/12/2025 14:02:43 PMSubjective:- Bump on forehead noticed couple of days ago- Sixteen weeks old, desexed, fully vaccinated (three vaccinations completed), next vaccination due 23/12/2026- Indoor cat, no other cats at home, microchip registered- Eating and drinking well, on RC kitten- No vomiting or diarrhoea- Some sneezing reported, watery eye discharge (water coloured)- O reports lump on forehead Objective:- Weight: 2.08 kg- General appearance: feels fine overall- Eyes: clear, no discharge observed during examination- Teeth: good condition- Lump on forehead: central location, smaller than pea-sized, reported to be growing- Small and firmAssessment & Plan:1. Forehead lump- Fine needle aspiration performed: no fluid or cells obtained- Possible scar tissue? Other?- Monitor for one month - if persists or continues growing, surgical removal recommended- Low risk of malignancy in kittens but cant rule out- Surgical estimate to be provided via email2.
