Recent diet change from chicken to clinic-supplied tinned food.CURRENT MEDICATIONS:- Florinef 0.2mg SID- Prednisolone: 2.5mg tablet EOD.PREEXISTING CONDITIONS:- Hypoadrenocorticism (Addison's Disease).- Right medial patellar luxation.- Subcutaneous mass (presumed lipoma).- Skin tag.CURRENT DIET: Clinic-supplied tinned food and other varied foods.PE:- T-N- HR- RR/lungs:- MM-- LNN-- ABD-- BCS- Otoscopy/ears:- Oral health: Mild dental disease noted.- Eyes: Bilateral lenticular sclerosis, consistent with age.- Msk system: Right medial patellar luxation, chronic and non-painful.- Integument: Subcutaneous soft mass and a small cutaneous tag present; both are unchanged.- Urogenital: Not routinely examined.- CNS: Not routinely examined.Lab: Blood sample collected for biochemistry/electrolyte panel.
