Limping front L foot, sore since yesterday, really noticed on walk, has big back yard, quite unever. 
Has issues with back leg - never had surgery a recovered ok. 
Otherwise well. Not on any meds.

Mild lameness LFL - reactive on elbow manipulation

ASSESSMENT: Suspect elbow soft tissue injury

PLAN:
Rads under sedation if not improvement

MEDICATION:
Meloxiocam SID po for 32kg dog

COMMUNICATION: as above

Owner called wanting to book TPLO - advised we no longer do orthopaedic surgery but sent the following email to book in at a referral hospital.

Call the clinic of your choice and advise that you dog needs "TPLO surgery on his knee" and was seen by us end of last year.

Owner knows that due to the time delay, they will likely want to repeat radiographs or may need to adjust plan.

disc costs - $4700 for surgery with specialist
