front of left shoulder 4-5 mm raised pink skin lesion:
behind R ear 3-4 mm raised pink skin lesion: where the head and neck meet
CYTOLOGY:
FNAB of both lesions show round cells with granules in the cytoplasm -> MCT

if these lumps are MCT, o not keen on many surgeries to put her through it and scars
