04/03/2026 Reason: Ears Notes: Going home again tomorrow. History: Examine: BAR on presentation. Eyes/oral NSF. Hr 100, Rr 34. Abdo nad. Left ear mild exudate & erythema on otoscopic exam. Left ear cytology - Mal 3+ Right ear minor exudate on otoscopic exam. Right ear cytology - Mal 2+. Licking feet atm - has in past - mild i/d erythema - o has been advised has yeast & uses Malaseb. No other evident symptoms of allergic skin disease. Dog otherwise been well recently. Did have episode HGE (both dogs) last mo but have recovered well. T 38.3. Diagnosis: Bilat OE Treatment: Sp Auracol 7-10dys then advise r/c (Os advise will be back here for r/c so will book a revisit) Plan: Ideally r/c 7-10. O thinks may have something for maintenance will bring to r/v. Invoice Notes: Recheck ears recommended in 7-10 days. Please use your Malaseb on Rafferty's feet as discussed.
