Cytology: NAD bilat. <br>Eyes clear no hyperaemia, blepharospasm or epiphora<br>Nose clear no inflam or discharge<br>mm pink CRT 1 sec<br>HR: 110<br>thoracic ausc: NAD, no murmurs or arrhys, chest clear<br>abdomen: soft and comfortable, no masses on palp<br>Skin and coat clear, One small 1cm old scba on the right ear. Clipped and cleaned.<br>BCS 5.5/9<br><br>Diagnosis: OE resolved<br><br>Treatment: dMonitor ears, clean scab with betadine BID 5 days. <br><br>Plan: <br>- O to return if any concerns<br>- INI scab on ear consider further meds / sampling<br><br></p></html>

Owner present:History: Has been shaking head last 2 days. Was groomed Tuesday then Os noticed squelching yesterday. Scratching her head. DUDE ok. No v/d. Good energy levels. UTD on f/w.
