Resents exam.<br>LN nad.<br>Abdo nad.<br>Good coat.<br>Medial aspect of D5 toe RFL is inflammed with mild swelling.<br><br>ASS: Unilateral OE.<br>Foot - worried at insect bite, grass seed etc<br><br>TX: Enro/keto/tric 1.5ml right ear<br><br>PLAN:<br>Pred course<br>Recheck one week.<br>Warned may need sedate for lance explore of foot.</p></html>
