Unsettled o/n, diabetic SKM Lately feeling tired, even on a walk not completing a while walk. comignhome use to jump on the couch easily but now will climb up one legs at a time at night after dinner he looks out of energy. heavy breathing at night. was cryign at night around 7-8 pm unsettled. yesterday owner gave 1/2 tea spoon honey and he clamed well. on 25IU TWICE daily. feeding hills science diet 1 cup tiwce daily. usually gets it 4.30 am and pm. had insulin this afternoon. - Ongoign diabetic 2-4 weeks of weakness. Bloods, Libre and work up.
