Appointment Notes: FHSpends most of the time just sleeping.Examination:Has an 1cm open wound on the ventral aspect of the wound, looks clean, minimal discharge, the seroma fully resolved. Marked granulation tissue present underlying. Appears to want to suck in air, but no where else to go.The skin quite inflamed -> reaction to the surgery or just his skin issues.I think we need to give him the benefit of the doubt and give a chance to continue to heal. Continue with antibiotics for another week.I'm also happy to restart the zenrelia to help the skin.Quite review in 5-7 days, sooner if concerned.
