Cytology - Yeast present bilaterally, more on the L ear<br><br>A:<br>Bilateral OE - yeast<br>Reained Lower L deciduous canine<br><br>P:<br>1) Started PMP - 0.8mls BId for 10 days. Revisit on the 12th day<br>2) Discuss removal of retained deciduous teeth - will given estimation to O. . If opk, can be booked on the day of revisit. </p></html>

Came in for a collar fit - size 17.5cm. Wound healing 80% . Continue with current tx, no other intevention needed.

Has been getting naughtier - trying to bite the bandage off. Otherwise O finds the wound looking good at this stage. Tail wound seem to be healing better as well. Advice best to get the cone fitted and while here, recheck wound to ensure it is healing well.

o sent another email through to clinic:Hi dawn, nat here just touching base bobby is now sitting his bandages off wich is causing it to bleed .hes well and seems ok there is no green discharge but if you think nits a good idea to start him on antibiotics im happy to do so as well .just let me know thanks for all your help TB phoned Natalie at 4pm, advised Dawn not in clinic today but will leave a note for her with update. O is happy to continue bandaging tail as needed for the next 1-2 days or so.If bandage is slipping, offered for o to bring Bobby in for a nurse to bandage. If Bobby pulling bandage off, recc coming in to fit Bobby with an e-collar so he cannot reach it. O thinks wound is healing well, only issue is with bleeding when he gets the bandage off as his tail is wagging etc No swelling or green discharge. Reiterated that we will hold off on ab's unless neccessary. O may come in tomorrow for e-collar
