04/03/2026 Nurse Entry In with - Nadia Parasite control - Diet - At home she is on some veggies, chicken, salmon. Subjective: Vet approved finger wipes are used to clean her ears. The other day some wax was noticed from the left ear. Then some moisture and smell was noticed. Also has peri-vulval dermatitis - she goes onto Apoquel and this seems to work very well, but then they stop and the itching/licking comes back. She gets very anxious and is given traozdone if owner is going out for a period of time. Objective: mm pink, moist, crt < 2 sec eyes - nad ears - nad heart - normal systolic rhythm, rate - 130 lungs - nad abdo palpation - no pain, no masses musculoskeletal - nad genitourinary - dental - 1/4 on many of the teeth - 2/4 or more on both upper carnassials Integument - Peri-vulval dermatitis noted Temp - Assessment: Bilateral OE Plan: Start dermotic Discussed apo long term side effects.
