HISTORY
doing well at home 
dispensed 20 tablets in Aug and has started to use them and noticed a great improvement with her mobility at home
EDDU normally 
Resp rate seems to be increased of a night time - when resting - not during sleep 
no changes in toileting 
not more hungry then normal 

CURRENT MEDICATIONS:
Previcox 1/2 sid x 30 tablets dispensed today 

CLINICAL EXAMINATION
Mentation: BAR / Anxious 
MM: Pink 
CRT: <2 
Oral Exam and Dental Score: 0-1 
Eyes: nuclear sclerosis present bilaterally 
Ears: clear externally 
BCS: 3
Abdominal palpation: reactive on palpation - poss thickening of intestines  
Lymph nodes: Sub man and pre-scap LN Normal 
Heart Rate: 96 - no murmur or arrythmias 
Respiratory Rate: 30 / panting 
Temperature: not taken 
Urogenital: NAD 
MSK: not fully examined as can be quite reactive 
Skin: good coat condition 

ASSESSMENT:
uncomfortable on Abdo palpation 
OA 

DISCUSSION:
OA 
Abdo Ultrasound due to uncomfortable on Abdo palpation 

TREATMENT:
Cont Previcox 1/2 SID

Monitor RRR at home - can email us with some reading 
Ok for meds for the next 6 months
