Progressive azotaemia with USG 1.011 and UP:C 0.4 - IRIS Stage 2, proteinuric, CKD2. Osteoarthritis3. Pannus - well managed with ophthalmic medicationsPlan:Commence management for CKD pending results including Royal Canin Renal or Hills k/d diet.AVOID nephrotoxic drugs - not appropriate to recommence NSAID therapy for OA. Continue with alternative therapy given progression of disease.KS to follow up with AUS report and C&S results. Vital Signs
