Admitted: Ultrasound Abdominal Ultrasound Urinary Bladder: Normal wall layering, hypoechoic content Left Adrenal: not seen Right adrena: not seen Left kidney: regular contours and good CM definition 3.67cm Right Kidney: regular contours and good CM definition 3.77 Spleen: NAD COlon nad but some hyperechoic fat adjacent to colon near stomach Jejuenum: normal layering Duodenum: normal layering Pancrease: Not seen Stomach: Did contain some fluid and pyloris thickened from 0.33 to 0.52 cm Liver: NAd Gall bladder: Sludge, walls thin, Duct not tortuous but GB quite full No free fluid see in chest or abdomen Ultrasound with sedation Premed: Butorphanol 0.2mg/kg (0.08ml) and Dexdom 4ug/kg (0.03ml) Both given together I/M @10.13am, patient was compliant when recieving premed, very sleepy, no further sedation required. Alfaxan: none needed Woke up fine Medications: Dexmethasone 0.2ml sc @ 11am Will trial steroids in case IBD DM dispense Microlone 5mg
