Reason: Skin Subjective: Licking of vulva has reduced. Only very intermittent.Owners have been washing perivulva region in mediderm once to twice weekly.Current medications of Zenrelia 22.5mg PO SIDObjective:BARVulva much more comfortable, first time since this flare up that she has allowed exam.Vulva - no cutaneous erythema, no moisture, hair discoloured brown. Light brown cutaneous discolouration. Acetate cytology: no malassezia, scant cocciLarge skin fold over vulvaAssessment:Malassezia vulva dermatitis resolved.Plan-Therapeutic:Conrinue Zenrelia PO SID for 2 weeks, then stop.May need to consider vulvaplasty is flare ups continue. Will chat to RM Vital Signs
