Stifles and patellas feel fine<br><br>Assessment:<br>likely arthritis<br><br>Tx:<br>Start zydax: 0.27mls s/c<br><br>Plan:<br>3 more weekly zydax (all booked and paid for) <br>Ok to give meloxicam when required whilst starting the course.</p></html>

Presented by GregPierre has been well. Is on meloxicam in the AM and panadol in the PMNo troubles eating.Extraction sites have healed well. But cos he doesnt have upper teeth left, his lower molars (carnassials) will be impinging on the hard palate until it has time to firm up.Plan:Ok to stop pain relief for nowDiscussed dental chews- difficult due to 3 pugs around and Oulu is on a special diet.O will try brushing- O can do maxigard wipes to see.

BIB Greg today.1 week post opGoing okay, o says still not himself.Meloxicam SID and pandaol as needed.No concerns with his eating! Currently having balls of meat and soaked dry food.Dad says he was very painful the night of the procedure, even after meloxicam and panadol.Taken out the treatment area for STT to asses his mouth.Poc booked next Weds with STT.STT had a look at Pierre:There is an ulcer on his lower R lip- looks like that might be where the 104 was rubbing before it was previously removed?400 arcade has healed well108/109 extraction site- sutures have pulled through but granulation tissue is healthy.Same on the 208/209 site.Note that since the 309 and 409 are remaining- it is impacting on the 108/109/208/209 extraction site so it will take time to heal.Continue on meloxicam daily and soft foods and check back again in a week
