Hx:Has been well in himself EDDU normally, no V/D Doing much better since teeth were removed Normal activity Sedation:Butorphanol 0.4mg/kg (0.2mL) & Medetomidine 0.015mg/kg (0.07mL) IM @ 11.39am - perfect sedationAbdominal ultrasound:- Bladder: anocheoic urine with occasioanal hyperechoic flecks, no abnormalities bladder wall- Kidneys: Normal corticomedullary distinction (prominent valves within the medulla), both appear wnl, both 4.5cm - Adrenals: Left 3mm, Right not visualised - Spleen: homogenous appearance, no abnormalities visualised- Liver: homogenous appearance, hypoechoic to spleen, no abnormalities visualised- Gall bladder: no abnormalities visualised- GIT: stomach contains ingesta, no dilation SI, normal wall layering, normal peristalsis, colon gas dropout- Pancreas: no abnormalities visualised- Lymph nodes: no abnormalities visualised- Mesentery: no abnormalities visualised Plan:No concerns on abdominal ultrasound Clinically well in himself O to monitor for any changes but no further action required currentlyCan repeat bloods in 3-6 months or sooner if concerned 

-extraction site's healed well-O has no concerns -recc liver panel as in SB notes- O declined due to cost -O said she will do liver panel in a month or so 

Called O to let her know can use meloxicam for 3 days. Lou doing well at the moment, O will call if any concerns.
