04/03/2026 Rubbed bottom on chair Saturday. Saw something that looked like a maggot. Monthly ST. Never has virbac. -Watery faeces on Sunday-before the beach. Been asking to go to the toilet at night-not been doing anything. Energy ok until today-bit flat. Appetite ok. Smelly farts. Initially poos were formed brown/black. Then pasty. Today about 8-9 small patches of diarrhoea which are cow-pat like and mucoid. Some sense of urgency.  Had extra food yesterday. Last week had some barbeque chicken and skin -has had this before. This was the only change to his usual diet. No bones. Has been sniffing grass, has eaten grass before but not recently.

O thought had lost weight but pleased this is not the case on our records. O thinks lipoma more obvious. Mobility good, EDUF unchanged. 

V good boy. Eyes fine, ears fine, lns ok, teeth g1/4, abd nad, clip nails, empty ags. Tiny eyelid lump on lower right eyelid, lipoma on drosum 2cm -unchanged.

V good for intranasal.
