Appointment Notes: X-Ray DHHISTORY: present for xray post traumatic injury running towards the gate. EXAMINATION:5/5 non-weight bearing lameness on RFelbow range of motion reduce. unable to extend.assessment:RF lateral condyl fracture. plan:discuss referral for fx repair - declined. advise is complicated surgery, range of motion may reduce, OA, other leg maybe prone to fracture due to breed. infection rate etc. advise earliest we can do is monday. owner happy with the plan. 12ug fentanyl patch in the mean time. Est 4-4.5k for surgery.    Vital Signs    

Appointment Notes: Sore front leg/paw - O will want x-rays DHInjured front right left 1-1.5wks & ran in to brick step yelped when happened wouldn't put any weight on it to start will toe touch now but still very sore.Was seen at another clinic last week unsure what one as its her daughters dog was given tablets for pain when she was seen but nothing now.Sore on manipulation of shoulders. Hard to radiograph concious, does need sedation (but ate recently). Plan:Meloxicam + restBook for sedation + rads on Wed.
