History:
P had dark clotted bloody D yesterday 
 - And O found watery D all over yard this morining
 - gut very noisey

 - good appetite and no V
 - no change in diet recently on kibble and lyka 
 - no diet intolerance
 - not a scavenger
 - no meds
 - no access to toxins

 - nervous with vets and male vets of MO not around 
 - protective of FO 
 - FO suggested muzzle 


Pre-exisitng Conditions / Medications:
- No pre-exisitng conditions noted at the time of examination
- No medications currently being provided at the time of examination

Preventative Healthcare: Vaccination and parasite (flea, intestinal worms, heartworm).

Examine: 
Mentation: BAR - guarded
BCS:                         2.5  /5   
MM: Pink          
CRT: 1-2 seconds
HR:                         90    beats/min
RR:                          WNL   breaths/min
Temperature:           37.7   degrees Celsius


Cardiovascular: No audible murmur or arrhythmia and no difficulty hearing the heart. HR = PR and no evidence of hypoperfusion.
Respiratory: Respiratory rate and effort considered normal for the patient.
Gastrointestinal: 
 - no pain 
 - no FB
 - no fluid or gas buildup 

Rectum
 - very tender bum 
 - could not do digital rectal exam 

Problem List:
1.Bloody diarrhea 
DDx - gastritis vs FB vs diet intolerance vs other 
Plan 
 - Blood gas vs suppostive care 
 - I suggested supportive care as P is not vomiting and eating well 

TGH with 
 - Prokolin
 - carafate
 - label for panadol 

RV INI in 48 hours or any deterioration - will need to start with blood gas
