Annual HC + VACC + wanting to discuss dental


History: (- dental concerns, back teeth difficult to brush; 
- intermittent ear bleeding from small spot on ear - yellowy/pussy few months ago, recurred couple of days ago; 
- occasional clear nasal discharge when head down cuddling with O
- inter cat tension: 2 boys chasing jelly
 - 4 trays all in laundry
-  multiple water bowls in the house and multiple food bowls
- 1 Feliway diffuser in the hallway, 3B unit ))
 
EDDU: (occsional soft stool - only one watery recently, hairballs vomits (jelly likely) natural hairball solution omega oil. no s and c)

Cytology exam of the impression smear: Abundant red cells and small amount neutrophils present, intracelluar cocci in the epithelial cells

Fit for vaccination
Clear nasal discharge: allergic rhinitis vs URT infection (less likely) as clinically well.
Bacterial dermatitis: secondary to self trauma due to allergy? vs trauma (ie cat fight) (less likely)
Early Dental disease G1/4

Vaccination:  (Ducat F2) 
  
Treatment 
- Chlorhex antiseptic - dilute 1:10 with water, clean wound daily for 1 wk
- Nirolone (prednisone + antihistamine) - half tablet once daily for 5 days, then half tablet every other day for 1 week, then half tablet twice weekly for 1 week then stop; monitor for increased appetite, thirst, urination; low risk of diabetes discussed.

Plan
- G1 dental scale and polishing later this year.
