Reason: Any- V+, D+Started yesterday morning - diarrhoea 3 x. Very watery.No blood in feces. Diarrhoea continues today Refused breakfast this morning. Owner cooked some chicken this morning- ate a small amount but vomited out an hour later. Drank water and vomited up after A little lethargic. Meds- has prokolin at home started yesterday but Dong turns his head up to it. Exam- BAR Pink mms Tacky mmsOral- moderate generalised tartar present Abdominal palpation - some discomfort caudal abdomen, deep palpation unrewarding due to body condition  T 39.1cAssessment: V/D. Recc bloods. Owner wants to hold off bloods for now. Subcut fluidsCerenia s/c Continue prokolin. Feed bland diet + metrogyl BID. Recheck tomorrow booked just in case needing it.
