Colitis, Hyporexia, Abdominal Pain; DDx: Dietary, Metabolic, IBD, etc.Discussed bland diet, probiotics & pain relief. INI may require diagnostic work-up.2. Moderate Periodontitis w/ Complicated Crown FractureRecommended dental w/ extraction of affected tooth.3.
