History: Jojo had dentistry 2 weeks ago.
 ABs finished 5 days ago and dog started reverse sneezing, 3 days ago developed unilateral nasal discharge from right nostril.
 Previous BOAS surgery performed at around 1 year of age.
 Left incisors and back molars were removed during recent dental procedure.
Medications: Recently completed 10 day course of antibiotics 4-5 days ago
Diet: Owner's assessment: Patient has been fine since dental procedure until recent onset of reverse sneezing and nasal discharge. Owner reports patient felt warm last night.

Examination:
Demeanour: Good
BCS: 4-5 
TEMP: 38.5
CVS: NAD
RESP: Slight difficulty breathing, unilateral nasal discharge from right nostril with some blood present
LN: NAD
GI: NAD
INTEG: Benign mass present on lip causing irritation
MSK: NAD
OCULAR: NAD
ORAL EXAM: Everything looks to have healed well

Assessment: Post-dental complications with secondary infection vs foreign body. Unilateral nasal discharge likely related to healing complications from recent dental extractions. Benign lip mass requiring removal.

Treatment: Antibiotics prescribed,
 Bromohexine (Bisolvon 8mg tablets, 0.5-1 tablet 3 times daily),
 Meloxicam for 2 days if available

Plan: Nasal saline flush under GA scheduled for Friday morning with concurrent removal of paw mass.
 Continue antibiotics for 3 weeks.
 Monitor for improvement in nasal discharge and reverse sneezing.

Plan: Start ABs now
 - Book in for GA and nasal flush with exam.
 - Also remove small wart like mass on RHPaw
