- Weight loss from 23.15 kg to 22.75 kg. o reports was previously overweight, has been gradually losing weight, eating well no issues noted. Currently good body condition, advised to maintain current weight - if continued weight loss advised investigations needed
- Previously treated for ear issues
- Symptoms include ear flapping and scratching 
- History of pruritic feet and allergies, treated with allergy injections, currently no paw licking 
- been doing the clotrimazole/ cortavance tx to ears currently every other day ( normally on once to twice a wk both ears as preventative) however still flapping/ scratching ears

Ears: Right ear more affected with signs of Malassezia +++ and bacterial ++ overgrowth on cytology. R ear erythema and small amount brown discharge.
 left ear clear, NAD
MM pink, CRT 1 sec
Eyes/ Ears: NAD
Teeth: NAD
LNs: NAD 
Chest: NAD, normal heart/lung sounds. 
Abdo: NAD, soft and comfortable 
Skin: all normal

Plan
DIAGNOSIS
- Malassezia and bacterial overgrowth in right ear

PLAN
1. Continue Clotrimazole and Cortavance for ear treatment twice wkly L ear 
2. Administered Osurnia treatment for right ear today and a follow-up treatment in one week ( prepaid for latter). o going away for a week, prefers the wkly tx. 
3. Recheck in two weeks thereafter to ensure infection has resolved, sooner INI
