Reason:  Stitches need to be removed from Dipper's front-left elbow. Background: Abscess formed end of last year (most likely cat bite). Vet prescribed antibiotics which fixed abscess but skin deteriorated (infection) and needed to be removed on 30/01. Stitches ready to be taken out but other vet practice unavailable. Due for suture removal for the wound on the LFL.  Has had a collar on and hasn't been particularly happy.Started as a cat bite wound, then it sounds like the skin over it became necrotic, then it got stitched up somewhere (not sure where).Wound is scabby and sticky, and the distal 2cm has opened.  Sutures not holding or doing anything.Sutures removed, wound cleaned up, edges trimmed a fraction, and 3 surgical staples placed.Another course of clav required and staple removal in 2 weeks.    Vital Signs    Weight: 3.6;
