Owners originally sampled the lump in Aug last yr when it was 8mm in size It has been growing and owner thinks it is now bigger in size Unable to attempt FNA at last vacc Has had trazodone at 7:30am this morningGoing well at home Examine: BarChest ausc- no murmur or arrythmia Normal bv sounds Skin- small 8mm subcutaneous mass, soft mobile, slightly left of midline over thorax. Cytology- adipocytes, likely a lipoma. No other cells visible.Ambulating normally, nad Eyes/ears- nad Assessment: Fna showed adipocytes and measurement of the lump was no bigger than previously described by other vets but owner thinks it is slightly bigger. No other cell types were visible on FNA sample and grossly looked clear and oily. Treatment: FNA Plan: Discussed with owner, monitor at home.
